Multi-compendial Acetic Acid ACS/USP/FCC is a popular choice for distribution and private label product lines, as it can be widely marketed to multiple industries, meeting the monograph specifications commonly required by customers across food, pharma, laboratory and industrial applications.
Glacial acetic acid is considered anhydrous (undiluted) and has high freezing temperature of around 17°C (62°F). It is common in colder climates for acetic acid to solidify during transit or storage, however material may be brought back to liquid form with no impact to material quality if stored at a room temperature above the freezing point until thawed.
